A 20th century, stainless steel and aluminium theatre spotlight lamp sat upon a vintage, heavy duty tripod. The set up is a married piece with the spot light starting life as a ceiling rigged lamp that has been fitted to a potentially photographic tripod later in life.
The spotlight is functional and has been rewired to accept a standard Edison bulb. The spotlight also has a focussing feature to allow for a more intense or weaker spot. There is some obvious wear to the tripod as seen in the images but everything is functional.
The lamp with the tripod in its shortest setting measures 157cm H and in its tallest setting measures 191ch H. The spotlight measures 45cm L and has a 20cm diameter. The base of the tripod measures approx. 80cm in diameter. The lamp has a lead length of 210cm.
