Authentic masterpiece by Aldo Tura, this exceptional four-door screen made over the years ’60 represents one of the rarest and most elegant expressions of Italian decorative design after the war.

Entirely covered front and back in hand-dyed natural parchment in the unmistakable golden shades of honey, it is an emblematic example of the extraordinary craftsmanship and sophisticated aesthetics of Tura.

The screen is divided into four panels mounted on burnished brass hinges, each characterized by a curved shape in the upper part, which alternates semicircular modules with a sculptural graphic rhythm.

The sequence of arches and vertical solids creates a visual movement of great refinement, transforming the object into a three-dimensional work of art capable of dialoguing with the architecture of space.

The parchment surface is mirror polished, as per Aldo Tura’s tradition, restoring vibrant reflections and unique chromatic depths: each panel is a material landscape, alive and iridescent.

The warm and bright palette gives the piece a sophisticated and timeless presence, ideal for representative environments, boutique hotels or collectible interiors of the highest level.

Tura’s production of screens is extremely limited, making this specimen an absolute rarity on the market.

The work perfectly embodies the designer’s philosophy: merging functionality and theatricality, luxurious materials and bold shapes, in creations that go beyond the concept of furniture to become applied art.
