In case of breakage: except Hunt Vintage delivery, you are responsible for this breakage. The customer's refund is total (article + shipping costs). You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return trip. In the event of a Hunt Vintage commercial offer that would have covered part or all of your outward delivery costs, you will be charged the original price (i.e. without discount) for the return delivery. If the item is damaged or broken during a delivery by Hunt Vintage, our carrier is liable. In case of non-compliance: our team judges this non-compliance on photos, videos etc.... If we consider that there is indeed a defect of conformity, the customer is refunded the totality (article + shipping costs). Shipping costs are not refunded.
