Stunning and very rare pair of ceiling or wall lamps by Guido Gecchelin for Skipper, belonging to the “Gesto” series.
The lamps are made with a white enameled steel socket and head, separated by two half-moon arches made of 2cm chrome-plated tubing which is reminiscent of and inspired by Bauhaus aesthetics, but made in the 1970s.
They are in excellent condition with perfect chrome plating and some minor signs of time on the heads and bases, given their more than 50 years.
