This Kuben floor lamp was designed by Björn Svensson for the Swedish Elidus manufacture during the 1970s. The cube-shaped lamp is made of metal in the iconic orange-red color. It has a flexible element at the lampshade that makes it easy to change the direction of the light incidence angle. The light switch is located on the base.
There is a discussion about this project among design critics. It is often mistakenly attributed to Hans-Agne Jakobsson. However, everything indicates that the designer of the lamp is Björn Svensson and he created it for the Elidus company, which he was owned.
This lamp is in original vintage condition. It has small scratches. The lamp requires an E27 bulb.
