This sculptural floor lamp in walnut by Charles Dudouyt from the 1940s, features a grooved round base that highlights the wood’s natural grain. The central shaft is a diamond-tipped with angular faceted edges adding a modern geometric touch that beautifully catches the light. The faceted lines create a contrast with the more organic curved forms of the base and top, giving the lamp a sense of balance between fluidity and sharpness. The circular top is a simple and elegant piece supporting the light fixture. There is no shade included with this lamp. It is found in excellent vintage condition.
