A lovely example of an 18th century Georgian mahogany folding tea table, this has a serpentine shape and the wonderful colour and patina expected for a piece of this age.
– Fold over leaf which is supported by one of the back legs hinging on an interlocking wooden joint.
– Brass hinges on the fold over top.
– Reeded legs with chamfered internal face and foliate carvings at the top.
– Lovely polished finish.
A useful, space-saving table for any home in addition to being a beautiful piece.
In good condition showing wear consistent with age and use.
