An organic looking mid-century piece by the Austrian-American designer Henry P. Glass. The table is what is know as the ‘Biomorphic’ table and consists of a glass table top with a teak rim sat upon a formed teak base.

 

The table in overall good condition, however, there is marks to the glass and teak table top as well as a missing bit of veneer to one of the legs of the base. The missing veneer isn’t immediately obvious as the base wood is similar in colour to the veneer, however, it should still be mentioned. All defects have been photographed.

 

The table measures 89cm in Dia x 38cm H.
