A quality piece of mid century elm furniture from the ever popular Ercol brand, this is the 407 model wardrobe from the catalogues of the late 1950s. A simple piece of design which is all about the craftsmanship, it continues to be both functional and attractive for any home.
– Panelled doors and back, both internally and externally.
– Single hanging rail.
– Large ball castors make it easy to move around.
– Internal bolts at top and bottom on the left door.
– Visible dovetail joints illustrate the craftsmanship.
– Hinges run the height of the door.
– Round dished wood door pulls, making it slightly earlier than those with oval pulls below the keyhole.
In good general condition showing the minor overall scuffs and wear expected for, and consistent with, age and use. No key is available, although a functioning lock is present.
