Description
A good Georgian lowboy from the mid 18th century, this is a typically English oak piece with a lovely colour and retains the original handles to the drawers.
– Three plank top.
– Three drawers.
– George II period, from the mid 18th century.
– Cabriole legs with pad feet.
– Shaped apron and sides.
This will make a lovely display surface, with useful drawer storage space.
In good condition showing wear consistent with age and use. The lock recesses are covered with metal plates, but no lock mechanism is present, although the handles and escutcheons are original.
