Extraordinary and very rare “Barium” model sideboard belonging to the “Scultura99” series by Luciano Frigerio for Frigerio di Desio.
Entirely made of solid African walnut sculptural strips, it belongs to the series of sculpture furniture designed and produced by Frigerio in the late 1960s.
Few still know that Luciano Frigerio’s “Sculpture 99” series calls a series of furniture which were then produced in a maximum of 99 copies, 66 or even 33 pieces.
This makes the belief, unlike other Frigerio furniture, an authentic extremely rare collector’s piece, of which we have authentic original of Luciano Frigerio’s Heirs, who testified to the importance of this production.
The conditions are excellent as in photographs, with some tiny signs of aging given its 60 years.
