We deliver ourselves where possible to ensure that your item reaches you in perfect condition. Delivery is £70 but excludes Cornwall, Scotland, Wales and Islands, please enquire for a price for these areas. If you live inside a ULEZ, CAZ or CC Zone the charge will be on top of delivery and is paid directly to the driver upon delivery.

Delivery is a one man non express ethical service and will not increase its carbon footprint to get the item to you quicker. You may need to provide assistance if the item is large, heavy or access is a problem eg steps . We are happy to deliver to a ground floor room of your choice. The driver will be in touch two days in advance to let you know a day and two hour time slot. A degree of flexibility is required by the customer if necessary as traffic delays do occur. We have no say in the delivery times and days available and as such is the couriers responsibility to make all arrangements. Delivery is not usually before seven days and please allow up to 21 days for delivery at busy times.

We will only make contact once payment has been received and delivery address confirmed with a contact phone number. I will not accept any courier arrangements made by the customer due to the risk of breakages. Please note we are not a shop and viewing is not available. If you are within 100 miles of IP19 or in a highly populated area delivery is likely to be quicker.
