Elegant double bed in briarwood designed by Luigi Saccardo for Gasaprello. This bed is a fine example of vintage design, dating from the late 1970s, featuring clean lines and a luxurious finish. The frame is made of wood veneered in brown-stained Maple burl, with a high-gloss varnish that enhances the natural grain of the material, giving it a sophisticated and elegant appearance.
The headboard is distinguished by its wide lateral extension, which integrates suspended nightstands with functional surfaces and black concealed drawers, thus providing a harmonious and integrated look. The rounded lines of the corners and edges add a soft touch to the bed’s geometric design. The bed frame is imposing but well-proportioned, with rounded profiles that follow the perimeter of the mattress.
The internal dimensions of the bed include a standard double mattress size 160x190cm.
This piece is perfectly suited to retro, modernist or even contemporary interiors, thanks to the quality of its materials and its timeless aesthetic. Perfect for those seeking a distinctive and visually striking piece of furniture.
Extremely rare and currently unique item on the market.
