Maurizio Bini was born in 1940 in Italy, in Livorno. He studied painting decoration at the Art Institute of Lucca. Since 1970, he has been head of painting disciplines at Liceo Artistico in Lucca and Liceo Sperimentale Cecioni in Livorno. Since the early 1960s, he has participated in numerous national and international artistic events. Since 2012, he has been a member of the Italian artistic association Gruppo Labronico, which has been operating in Livorno since 1920.
