Shipping Policy
COLLECTION IN PERSON – FREE:
Buyer is more than welcome to collect in person, Usually we are available for collections early mornings or early afternoons, but we would need 48 hours notice. Collection within 7 days please, otherwise £10 a week storage charge will apply.
LARGE ITEMS:
All deliveries of larger items will be made by our trusted local courier. As we do not make any profit on delivery - cost of delivery is paid in cash directly to the courier on delivery (please have correct amount as driver may have no spare change). It is fully insured, one man service – the driver will need help to unload/ take the delivered item to the room of your choice. Please make sure somebody will be available to help the driver on delivery day.
Deliveries to England are usually made within two weeks but please allow 28 days, deliveries to Scotland are usually made within a week, but please allow 14 days. Delivery day&3 hours time window are confirmed by a courier once collected from us & his route fully set.
Delivery charge covers England mainland (we do not deliver to Cornwall & Wales, sorry). Important – some areas are not covered or may incur an extra charge so always before purchase please enquire with your postcode for double-checking. ! £15 extra on top of delivery charge if delivery postcode is inside of London`s CONGESTION ZONE.
SMALL ITEMS:
Small items will be posted with a national courier like Parcelforce, UPS etc.
The parcel will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Please make sure you will be able to accept the delivery – if you will not be at home please provide an alternative delivery address (e.g. workplace, friend, neighbour or safe place e.g. secured garden shed/garage),
If you would like your parcel to be delivered at a later date please contact us immediately, otherwise, the parcel will be dispatched as stated above.
Please note – they will try to deliver your parcel only twice – after two attempts you can collect the parcel from their depot within two days – if you will not collect, parcel will be sent back to us at original postage cost + £20 shipper service fee (cost of delivery and return must be met by buyer).
