Vintage 1950s sinuous porcelain coffee pot and creamer designed by Raymond Loewy for Rosenthal in Germany in rare taupe or crystalline color, which is an iridescent or lustre brown. It is a very soft finish with the bright white interiors. Strong, simple modernist lines. These classic mid-century designs are rarely found, especially in such great condition.

Excellent condition to both. No signs of wear or damage.

Creamer holds 6 ounces
Lidded coffeepot holds 34 ounces

Source: form2000
The 2000 form was designed by the American/French design team Raymond Loewy and Richart Latham and manufactured by Rosenthal from 1954. In 1955, the company presented this delicate porcelain for the first time at the Hannover Trade Fair. In the following years, the form developed into the most successful dishes of the post-war years.

The form 2000 has appeared over the years in more than 300 decors, decorated by famous artists such as Bjorn Wiinblad, Tapio Wirkkala, Raymond Peynet, Margret Hildebrand and Ute Schröder. From 1961 it was included in the Rosenthal Studio line.
