Vintage French Barber’s Chair

A great statement piece for a retro style room, or perhaps a feature for a shop, this mid 20th century French barber’s chair has a very heavy metal frame and lovely comfortable black velvet upholstery.

– Heavy white enamelled metal base.
– Chrome frame with original joints in place, allowing the back to recline as the footrest comes up using a lever at the back.
– Black velvet upholstery with sewn detail and lower leg pad.
– Fixed foot plate.
– Seat pad will slide forward slightly in upright position, by around 5 cm.

In good condition showing wear consistent with age and use. The upholstery is in good condition.
