An impressive and generously proportioned West German Scheurich 408-40 Handled Vase. Made of white clay by Scheurich Keramik, Kleinheubach.
A black lava glazed decoration over a honey brown background colour with mottled white stripes. The vase was manufactured in the sixties and is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, repairs. The base is embossed 408-40 W.Germany. The vase possesses a strong mid century aesthetic and displays really well.
