Stunning Antique Sterling Solid Silver Box of The Highest Quality.
The top is in perfect condition with very little drying out and carries a lovely sheen.
The pique inlay work is just superb showing the true skills of this master craftsperson.
The cast legs are as they should be and the lid has a nice tight fit.
This box is the best I have seen in many years and I have put my apple mouse inside to show its extra large size – Apple mouse not in the sale and only shown for size reference.
A must for any collector but still very usable today.
