A magnificent pair of early 20th century oak curtain poles with all fittings. Each of the substantial reeded oak poles has a pair of impressively carved scrolling oak wall brackets that carry the poles. The brackets are decorated with applied moulded lion masks, terminating in four relief carved acorns, surrounded by oak leaves. Each pole is complete with a pair of superbly carved large acorn finials that come with fitted screw attachments for easy removal.
In good condition with some signs of age related wear.
Originates from England.
Dated early 20th Century.
Made from Oak.
